Modern Slavery Policy

Purpose

This policy outlines Premier Fleet Solutions Ltd’s commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our business operations and supply chains. We recognise our responsibility to act ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.

Scope

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners of Premier Fleet Solutions Ltd.

Definition

Modern slavery encompasses slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour, and human trafficking. It is a violation of fundamental human rights.

Statement

Our business, Premier Fleet Solutions Ltd is committed to combatting slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply chains, and we make this statement to assist with compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

As our business has a turnover of less than £36 million, we do not have a legal obligation to produce a modern slavery statement. However:

    We understand that certain industry sectors and geographical regions entail greater risk of exploitation than others. We do not believe that our supply chain is in one of those sectors.

    Where it is reasonably practicable, we ensure that businesses in our supply chain have made a similar statement relating to slavery and human trafficking.

    The person in our business responsible for assessing matters relating to slavery and human trafficking is: Sarah Martin, Operations Director.

    We also encourage all employees to report on any matters relating to slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains of which they become aware.

    Premier Fleet Solutions Ltd will take seriously any allegations of non-compliance with this policy. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contracts.

    This policy will be communicated to all employees, suppliers, and business partners and will be available on our website.

    Review

    This policy will be reviewed annually by the Operations Director – Sarah Martin to ensure its continued effectiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
