To review and update driver knowledge of driving law as necessary.
Make drivers safer and enable them to continue to drive without committing offences due to a lack of knowledge.
Challenge beliefs as necessary about whether drivers need to agree with the rules or just comply with them.
Objectives:
To improve road safety.
